Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date. Requests submitted outside of this return window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
What We Will Do to Correct the Issue
Wrong item, damaged, or defective products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Arencia will provide a free replacement or a full refund and will cover all associated return and reshipping costs.
Carrier or warehouse error
In cases of shipping or fulfillment errors caused by the carrier or warehouse, Arencia will cover all reshipment-related costs.
Address or delivery issues (mis-delivery or undelivered packages)
Once the issue is verified by our Customer Service team, Arencia will offer either a reshipment or a full refund, depending on the situation.
General returns within the campaign return window
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than those listed above, you may do so within the applicable return window. Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging intact. Returns cannot be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way, except in cases involving defective items, incorrect products, or confirmed shipping errors.
Exclusions – Personal Damage or Misuse
Arencia is unable to accept responsibility for damage resulting from personal handling, misuse, or circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been dropped, stolen after delivery, spilled, tampered with, or otherwise used in a manner inconsistent with the product instructions. In such cases, replacements or refunds cannot be issued.
